Disseny de samarreta i adhesiu per a Antifascist Aotearoa<\/h1>\n\n\n

Em van convidar Antifascist Aotearoa a dissenyar una versi\u00f3 del cl\u00e0ssic gr\u00e0fic de les banderes antifa, personalitzada per a Aotearoa amb la ic\u00f2nica bandera del Tino Rangatiratanga \u2014 un s\u00edmbol popular del moviment per l'autodeterminaci\u00f3 maor\u00ed a Nova Zelanda. Antifascist Aotearoa tenia el perm\u00eds i la benedicci\u00f3 de l'\u00faltima dissenyadora viva de la bandera, Linda Munn, per utilitzar aquest disseny ic\u00f2nic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Va ser un gran honor per a mi, ja que la bandera \u00e9s una pe\u00e7a tan important i significativa de la hist\u00f2ria recent d'Aotearoa. Hiraina Marsden va crear el disseny original, que m\u00e9s tard van cosir Jan Smith i Linda Munn. La bandera es va presentar al p\u00fablic per primera vegada el 6 de febrer de 1990, Dia de Waitangi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El negre representa Te Kore (el buit), l'espai m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del m\u00f3n de l'experi\u00e8ncia quotidiana. El blanc representa Te Ao Marama, el m\u00f3n de la llum. El vermell representa l'aparici\u00f3 i la vida, i Papat\u016b\u0101nuku, la mare terra. El koru (una espiral que simbolitza una falguera que es desplega) al centre suggereix el desplegament i la renovaci\u00f3 de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antifacist Aotearoa \u00e9s una xarxa antifascista a escala nacional a tota Aotearoa Nova Zelanda. Volien crear una versi\u00f3 local del cl\u00e0ssic disseny de la bandera antifa que connect\u00e9s el feixisme amb el colonialisme i fos \u00fanica a Aotearoa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Espec\u00edficament volien utilitzar el disseny per a adhesius i samarretes, per\u00f2 probablement tindria un \u00fas m\u00e9s ampli en el futur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vaig tenir molta cura de preparar el teixit de la bandera Tino Rangatiratanga perqu\u00e8 s'adapt\u00e9s al disseny, sense distorsionar-lo ni alterar-ne l'originalitat de manera excessiva. Aix\u00f2 va portar una mica de temps, per\u00f2 per a mi era important tractar el material de refer\u00e8ncia amb el respecte que mereix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
